Convenient Location & Decent Ambiance the hotel's location was great for our city trip. It was near all the main attractions and had easy access to public transportation. the ambiance of the hotel was also very pleasing with modern decor and comfortable seating areas. Plus, the temperature of the room was perfect and the air conditioning worked well.

Poor Service & Dirty Room Unfortunately, our experience with the hotel's service was disappointing. the staff seemed uninterested in helping us with any of our needs, and when we requested clean towels, we were ignored.

Although there are no views to speak of, the hotel offers a range of facilities such as a small but pleasant restaurant, an in, house cab service, and free Wi, Fi access throughout the property.
